We had a fantastic stay in this city center hotel. The location was superb, with Volkonskiy bakery nearby and Tverskaya metro station just a short walk away. The hotel was in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore all the attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and supportive, ensuring we had a comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated the ironing facilities and the tea and coffee facilities in the room. The free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV were also a nice touch. we had a great experience here and would highly recommend it to families.

The soundproofing in the room is poor, which can be a bit troublesome for light sleepers.

Despite some minor issues with the breakfast service, I was impressed by my recent stay at Bulgakov Residence. The location was excellent and allowed for easy access to restaurants in the area. The staff, particularly Anastasia, were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and the bed was large and cozy. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the excellent coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I had a wonderful experience at Bulgakov Residence.
